Sophie Ntipouna

I study Chemistry in Secondary Education at Louisiana State University working on a minor in Mathematics. I enjoy learning analytical methods with chromatographs, spectroscopy, computations, and wanted to be more knowledgeable in the inorganic world of chemistry. I hope to leave a diversity footprint in STEM research and become a future role-model to other minority students who also wants to recompensate the education that was lost in their communities.

Sophie will be working with Dr. Perahia this summer.
